A large engineering firm was having difficulty meeting constantly changing workforce demands. Its client, a large international food manufacturer, required assistance in the design, programming, start-up and fabrication of automation control systems.

CSI placed a person four days earlier than the deadline required. The result was almost a week for training the new hire, instead of merely two days.

The client needed to meet a panel project deadline.

They called CSI, along with several other firms, giving us less that 24 hours notice to have a Panel Technician on site for a week long project. CSI was able to meet the deadline with a candidate they kept beyond the project deadline.
