Commissioning Support

CSI engineers have the field experience and skills to adequately support our clients on-site start-up and commissioning focusing on:

• Project management – developing start-up and commissioning documents
  
• Work with other 3rd party teams to ensure adequate electrical and mechanical installation
  
• Ensure all communications are functioning correctly
  
• Work through programming of PLC/HMI/SCADA testing and debug
  
• Perform fault/alarm verification
  
• Confirm operational verification with client
  
• Execute full FAT and SAT
  
• Provide any validation or dry run support
  
• Ensure proper hand-off to client team through on-site training sessions and any required manuals
  
• Ability for stand-by support when needed
